Repair of broken or deteriorating concrete flooring and walls in various portions of Rice-Eccles Stadium. Due to damage by weather, expansion & contraction, freeze-thaw, and water, this effort was highly complex due to the movement of the stadium during the seasons of the year that the project was undertaken. Essentially, the stadium “breathed” far more than any of the assigned architects, engineers, or owners expected. Though the expansion and contraction caused unforeseen delays, we were able to complete the project at the highest quality, on schedule, and within the prescribed budget.
