Judd Project Description

This job consisted of the construction of 2 pre-fabricated steel and metal building structures, including a roof canopy over the rodeo grounds seating, and an additional metal building structure for the storage and maintenance of equipment and also a meeting environment. Judd Construction was responsible to hire and coordinate the architectural and engineering services. There was a close coordination between Judd and the City Council and the City Parks and Recreation Department to insure schedules were maintained and budgets met. We were able to use some local contractors who were qualified to perform the work needed for completion and were also able to value engineer the work for a cost savings resulting in reducing the original bids by 8% for a credit to the city.
